Post delivery plant care

We make sure to package plants carefully to minimise damage during transport. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us right away.

Upon receiving your plants, it is your responsibility to care for them. Aurora Perennials is not liable for their survival or health post-purchase. This includes issues arising from improper care, environmental factors, pests, and diseases post-nursery departure.

Only plants that are healthy and ready to be planted are shipped from our nursery.  Upon receiving your plants we recommend you plant them as soon as possible.
