'Arctic Glow' is an eye-catching perennial with tall study stems and incredible white-blue spherical starry flower heads that combine well with a wide range of perennials. The foliage is rough and deeply dissected. It grows in most soils provided it drains relatively well and it can send down it's deep taproot which makes it incredibly drought tolerant.
