Gaura Belleza Dark Pink
Oenothera lindheimeri
A more compact variety with eye catching dark pink, dancing butterfly-like flowers over maroon tinged foliage during the warmer months. Tough and sun loving, Gaura (now reclassified as Oenothera lindheimeri) is a great addition to the garden if you are after a fuss free perennial that is long flowering and easy care. Just trim it by about 1/4 after flowers to encourage another flush. In early spring trim by 2/3 to freshen it up.
