Salvia involucrata ‘Mulberry Jam’ is the daintiest of the involucrata clan—an upright, slender perennial reaching 1–1.2 m high. Its small, dark green leaves set off a vibrant display of mulberry-coloured blooms from spring through summer, bringing a rich pop of colour to garden borders and mixed plantings. Despite its elegance, it’s a tough and rewarding performer.
