Verbascum bombyciferum 'Polar Summer' provides striking vertical appeal. This biennial or short-lived perennial forms a large rosette of soft, grey felted leaves, from which tall stems emerge, adorned with sulfur-yellow flowers throughout summer. It is well-suited to heat and drought conditions.
