Oregano 'Rosenkuppel'
An tough, evergreen ornamental oregano from Greece and Turkey that's ideal towards the front of the border. In summer and autumn, deep purple bracts topped with pinky-mauve flowers are held on wiry stems above the dark green foliage. Recipient of the prestigious Award of Garden Merit of the Royal Horticultural Society. Other than cutting back spent flowers in early spring to make way for new growth, it is very low maintenance.
