A richly coloured perennial, Penstemon ‘Port Wine’ lives up to its name with dusky, wine-red flowers carried in abundance on upright stems through summer and into autumn. The tubular blooms draw in bees and other pollinators, while the narrow green foliage provides a neat backdrop. Ideal for adding depth and drama to mixed borders, it pairs beautifully with silvers, grasses, and softer pastel shades.
